Revenue Enablement Specialist I
Are you highly organized, comfortable with technology, and someone who enjoys helping a team run smoothly? As a Revenue Enablement Specialist I, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in helping our Sales and Customer Success teams deliver a great customer experience.
This position offers an hourly pay range of $22.00–$25.00, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
From coordinating schedules and supporting training to helping coworkers navigate systems and new processes, you’ll be part of the team that makes sure our revenue teams have what they need to succeed. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and supporting others while building experience in revenue operations and enablement.
About Our Company
At Demco, we’re passionate about helping libraries and learning communities thrive. Our work is powered by people who collaborate, solve problems, embrace new ideas, and genuinely care about serving our customers and one another.
As part of our team, you can expect an environment where your contributions matter. You’ll work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and other teams across the organization, gaining exposure to the people, processes, and technology that support our customers and drive our business forward.
A Day in the Life
No two days will look exactly the same. You might start your morning reviewing call center staffing and making adjustments to ensure we have the right customer phone coverage. Later, you could help a coworker navigate our CRM, update a training resource, coordinate an onboarding activity, or assist with the rollout of a new process or tool.
Throughout the day, you’ll stay connected with Sales and Customer Success, helping answer questions, coordinate activities, and keep important enablement resources current and accessible.
You’ll also help us continuously improve how we work by reinforcing consistent processes, supporting best practices, and identifying opportunities to make things easier and more effective for our teams.
The Work Schedule & Environment
This is a hybrid position based out of our Madison WI location that combines independent, detail-oriented work with frequent collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams.
Because you’ll help coordinate call center schedules, PTO, and staffing coverage, being organized and adaptable is important. Priorities and schedules can change, and you’ll be someone the team can count on to adjust, communicate, and help keep things moving.
Job Requirements
You could be a great fit for this role if you have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, sales support, operations, training, or a similar environment.
- Experience working with a CRM or similar business system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Comfort learning and supporting technology, business systems, and new processes.
- A collaborative, service-oriented approach and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
