As we continue to grow as an organization, so does our need for a creative means to speak to our customers.  We are currently expanding our Marketing team to include a Strategic Merchandising Leader who can help create experiences within the minds of our customers.

As our Strategic Merchandising Leader you will:

• Develop and deploy Demco’s strategic merchandising vision
• Create category-specific engagements, landing pages, product recommendations, and solution-oriented experiences through collaboration with executive leaders, product managers, and marketing subject matter experts
• Leverage your merchandising expertise to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue
• Curate and manage the presentation of products across all channels (digital and print), ensuring optimal placement, storytelling, visual appeal, and user-friendliness
• Utilize analytics and sales data to monitor product performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in sales, conversion rates, AOV, items per order, and customer engagement Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to propose innovative ideas for enhancing the customer shopping experience

• expect to spend about 70% of your time focusing on strategy development, 30% of your time in strategy execution

To be qualified, you will have:

• A bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field
• At least 8 years of experience leading merchandising, e-commerce,  and digital marketing strategies
• Expertise in data analysis and the ability to draw actionable insights from web metrics
• Proficiencies with SEO principles and their application in enhancing online visibility
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proven experience in creating and presenting strategies to influence executive leadership
• Capable of working collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
