Material Handler – Cycle Count Restocker

First Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. | On-Site in DeForest, WI

This role might not be flashy, but it’s absolutely essential, and perfect for someone who thrives in a predictable environment and likes knowing exactly what’s expected each day.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Perform daily cycle counts of inventory using a live system
• Replenish products from warehouse stock into the main pick areas with accuracy and speed
• Rotate inventory to ensure product freshness and accessibility
• Keep pick zones organized and picker-friendly
• Use documentation and computer systems to track movement and stock levels
• Support warehouse operations with occasional additional tasks

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Confidence with basic PC operations; prior order-picker certification and AS400 experience a plus
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs., carry 40 lbs., and stay active throughout the day
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, climb, and reach comfortably during a shift
• Solid math skills and strong attention to detail
• A self-starter who works well independently and keeps productivity high
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
